HACU seeks nominations for Alumni Network officer

The Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities is seeking nominations for the inaugural HACU Alumni Network Executive Committee, an expansion of the alumni community in support of the organization’s mission.

Peer and self-nominations will be accepted for the following officer positions: chair, vice-chair, treasurer, secretary, student ambassador, and professional leadership ambassador. Nominees should be accomplished alumni who demonstrate leadership, integrity, and a commitment to service.

Eligibility requirements:

  • Nominees must be alumni of any HACU program.
  • Submission must include a brief statement identifying the officer role of interest, and outlining the nominee’s qualifications and leadership experience.
  • Current contact information must be provided for each nominee.
  • Self-nominations must include a resume and supporting credentials such as letters of recommendation. Each document must be limited to two pages.
  • For peer nominations, a member of the elections committee will contact nominees to request a resume and supporting credentials.
