The Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities has announced its 40th Annual Conference will feature topics under Track Seven on “Preparing the Future Workforce.” More than 50 workshops addressing the theme, “40 Years of Championing Higher Education Success: One Graduate at a Time,” will be offered across seven tracks. The conference will be held Oct. 31-Nov. 2, 2026, at the Gaylord Pacific Resort & Convention Center, in Chula Vista, California.
The following topics will be presented under Track Seven:

- Energizing Futures: Advancing Talent, Relationships, and Career Pathways through the Building Hispanic Talent Initiative®
- Building Social Capital for Social Mobility: From Classroom-to-Career at Alamo Colleges and City University of New York
- Building the Equitable Health Workforce Through HSI Partnerships
- Low-Risk Pathways, Lasting Success: One Student at a Time
- High-Impact STEM Pathways: Experiential Learning, Assessment, and Workforce Readiness
