HACU’s 39th Annual Conference to feature workshops on preparing the future workforce

The Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities has announced its 39th Annual Conference will feature topics on “Preparing the Future Workforce,” under track seven. More than 50 workshops that address the theme, “Championing Hispanic Higher Education Success: Forging Transformational Leaders to Uplift Democracy and Prosperity,” will be offered in seven tracks. The Conference will be held at the Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center, in Aurora, Colorado, Nov. 1-3, 2025, along with pre-conference events.

The following are the workshop topics to be presented under Track Seven – Preparing the Future Workforce:

  • Innovation driven Partnership: UAEMEX & Stellantis Program for Automotive Electrification
  • Empowering Futures: Bridging Identity, Access, and STEM through the Building Hispanic Talent Initiative
  • Tale of Two Cities: Advancing First-Generation Pathways for Social Mobility
  • Accelerating Hispanic Student Success Through Innovative Workforce-Aligned Microcredentials
  • Increasing HSI Community College Students’ Career-Aligned Professional Connections
  • Novel approaches to preparing undergraduates for workforce entry
