This webinar explores how Hispanic-Serving Institutions (HSIs) can move beyond traditional reporting models toward integrated analytic approaches that translate equity data into role-specific action.
Kean University, an HSI, will share how its Division of Strategic Analytics and Data Illumination is strengthening institutional data infrastructure to align leadership strategy with measurable student outcomes. Drawing from prior system-level leadership experience within the California State University, presenters will examine governance, accountability structures, and cross-campus alignment strategies that sustain reform.
The presenters will explore AI-enabled approaches that turn complex data into actionable insights, helping HSIs identify equity gaps and drive measurable improvements in student success. The webinar will be presented by Neva Lozada, Ed.D., vice president of administration, division of strategic analytics and data illumination, at Kean University, and Jeff Gold, Ed.D., founder and principal, Insights2Action; former assistant vice chancellor for student success at California State University.
This webinar is being offered as part of the HACU-member webinar series.
