The Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities has announced the Ford Fund scholarship recipients for the 2023-24 school year. Thirteen students attending HACU-member institutions will receive a $5,000 scholarship.
Students submitted a 500-word essay describing how this award will allow them to stay in school.
Student recipients are:

- Paola H. – Charles R. Drew University of Medicine and Science
- Ana B. – Florida Atlantic University
- Luis A. – Lamar University
- Nolan G. – Montgomery College
- Maria A. – New Mexico State University
- Maria S. – The University of New Mexico
- Perla P. – The University of Texas at Austin
- Karina M. – University of California, Davis
- Nadia C. – University of California, San Diego
- Andrea S. – University of Central Florida
- Maria G. – University of Central Florida
The Ford Fund scholarships are part of the 2023-24 HACU Scholarship Program.
