HACU Webinar: Campus Connect: Empowering Professionals to Prevent Student Suicide

The webinar will present information about Campus Connect, an interactive suicide prevention training program. This program is designed to empower students, faculty, and staff with skills to recognize signs of distress, effectively communicate with individuals in crisis, and connect them to appropriate resources. This training enhances participants’ confidence in their ability to act as gatekeepers and support those at risk of suicide, fostering a safer and more responsive campus community.

The webinar will be presented by Levi Rex, the wellbeing education coordinator at the University of Texas at San Antonio’s wellbeing services.

This webinar is being offered as part of the HACU-member webinar series.
