HACU’s National Internship Program attracts a diverse pool of talented students from across the country and Puerto Rico to meet an agency’s specific internship needs. In the short 30 years, HNIP has become the nation’s largest Hispanic internship program. HNIP’s successful track record is built on diligence, flexibility, and a process providing a thorough understanding of an agency’s unique needs. High quality service coupled with competitive rates and an extensive, expansive database of qualified interns from Hispanic-Serving Institutions and other Minority-Serving Institutions make the program the right choice for your agency’s needs.
HNIP can complement various agency programs, including the federal Pathways Program, but does not require guaranteed employment for interns. HACU offers handling all of details by providing a pool of qualified interns and intern onboarding, pay, and off boarding management.
Flexible Partnership Options
HNIP offers multiple ways to partner with federal agencies.
GSA Multiple Award Schedule Contract
Federal agencies can partner with us through a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) or a Simple Acquisition. HACU holds a Multiple Award Schedule Contract with the General Services Administration (GSA). Our GSA Contract number is GS-02F-0110Y.
