Institutional National Membership Application

Faculty and Staff Affiliate Application
Faculty and staff at HACU-member and non-member institutions can join HACU’s Faculty and Staff Affiliation. Please click on one of the following links to access the Faculty and Staff Affiliate application.
Hispanic-Serving School District (HSSD)
If you are a public or private K-12 school district and would like to join HACU’s Hispanic-Serving School District affiliation, please click on the link below to access the application.
Educational Affiliates
If you are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, association or council and are not eligible for membership in any of the above membership categories, please click on the link below to download an affiliate application.
Trustee Affiliates
If you are a board or trustee member at a nonprofit college, university or K-12 school district, you can join HACU’s new trustee affiliation. Please click on the link below to download a Trustee Affiliate application.
Student Affiliates
If you are a student currently enrolled at a nonprofit college or university, you can join HACU’s student affiliation. Please click on the link below to download the Student Affiliate application.
If you are a student that is currently enrolled at a nonprofit college or university and you are part of a student organization on your campus, your student organization can join HACU’s student organization affiliation. Please click on the link below to download the Student Organization Affiliate application.
