HACU’s 39th Annual Conference to feature workshops on capacity-building for Hispanic-Serving Institutions and Emerging HSIs

The Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities has announced its 39th Annual Conference will feature workshops on “Capacity Building for Hispanic-Serving Institutions and Emerging HSIs,” under track one. More than 50 workshops that address the theme, “Championing Hispanic Higher Education Success: Forging Transformational Leaders to Uplift Democracy and Prosperity,” will be offered in seven tracks. The Conference will be held in person at the Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center, in Aurora, Colorado, Nov. 1-3, 2025, along with pre-conference events.

The following are the workshop topics to be presented under Track One – Capacity-Building for Hispanic-Serving Institutions and Emerging HSIs:

  • Community Partnerships: Building the Oregon HSI Consortium
  • Celebrando Juntos: Cost-Effective EOF Partnerships Among HSIs for Success
  • Role of Vision in Building Programs and Fundraising
  • The New England HSI Movement: Building Consortium Success
  • Co-Creating the Future of STEM at HSIs: A Collaborative Mini-Sandbox
  • Cultivating a Culture of Philanthropy at HSIs
