¡Adelante! Leadership Institute
HACU’s ¡Adelante! Leadership Institute is a three-day career leadership, development and networking symposium for hundreds of students from the U.S. and Puerto Rico during HACU’s Annual Conference. They attend presentations, workshops, luncheons, a town hall meeting and meet with conference exhibitors and recruiters to discuss career, internship, research and advanced education opportunities.

For Students
HACU’s ¡Adelante! Leadership Institute strengthens career building and leadership skills, and expands career knowledge by student networking with federal agencies, corporations, higher education institutions, and non-profits. Apply for a sponsorship to attend the ¡Adelante! Leadership Institute or request your college or university to sponsor participation.
For Colleges and Universities
Sponsor students to attend HACU’s ¡Adelante! Leadership Institute by paying registration and other costs. Sponsored attendees will be student delegates representing their institution.
For Corporate, Federal, and Nonprofit Sponsors
Top undergraduate students from across the U.S. and Puerto Rico are active HACU ¡Adelante! Leadership Institute participants attending concurrent workshops building student career and leadership skills. Partner with HACU’s ¡Adelante! Leadership Institute by sponsoring a workshop or select students to attend.
