The Capital One Launchpad: Legacy and Leadership Program, offered by HACU in partnership with Thurgood Marshall College Fund (TMCF), offers 100 students an extensive and immersive personal, professional, and technical development journey under Capital One mentors.

Selected scholars participate in a five-day immersion experience focusing on career exploration and professional development. Students work directly with designated Capital One mentors guiding them in a final capstone presentation concluding the week. Â
Candidates are encouraged to start and complete their applications early. This event promotes non-sponsored student internship opportunities, and it may not benefit you to participate if you require immigration-related support or sponsorship now or at any point in the future. The program does not guarantee future employment at Capital One but should help prepare you for those opportunities.Â
