Office of Policy Analysis and Information

 

The objectives of the Office of Policy Analysis and Information (OPAI) are to:

  • Provide policy analyses and reports on issues affecting Hispanic higher education success and Hispanic-Serving Institutions (HSIs)

  • Support HACU Government Relations advocacy efforts

  • Develop an information library on Hispanic higher education data and policy

  • Collaborate with university faculty, research scholars, and educational organizations to collect, compile, and produce information that identifies high impact practices in Hispanic higher education

The Association’s headquarters are in San Antonio, Texas, with regional offices in Washington, D.C. and Sacramento, California.
