The undersigned person on behalf of the organization listed below ("Applicant") hereby requests consideration by the Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities ("HACU") for exhibitor space at HACU's conference to be held as follows:

Dates of Conference: June 3 - 5, 2024
Location: Salamanca, Spain
Exhibit Site: Universidad de Salamanca

**Exhibitor Application Deadline to be included in the printed program: March 22, 2024**
Exhibitor Application Deadline: May 20, 2024
Approximate Dimensions of each Exhibitor Space: 6' table

*In order for your exhibitor application to be approved, you must submit page 1 of the Exhibitor Requirements. By submitting the exhibitor application, you are agreeing that you have read the Vendor Terms Contract* 

Part 1 of the Application is the Applicant Information. This will include the registration that comes with the purchase of the space and you can add up to 2 more($475 each), a brief description of nature and purpose of organization and years organization has been in existence. Please note we are no longer accepting TBDs.

Part 2 of the Application is the Payment Information.
