The Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities has announced applications are being accepted for the Enlace Mid-Level Leadership program. The program is a six-month development experience for college and university professionals serving at the mid-level of their organizations. Academic leaders or non-academic support personnel serving in higher education institutions are encouraged to apply.
The program covers areas such as academic and student affairs management, regional institutional accreditation, effective data utilization, and higher education advocacy. Participants will also interact with professional search firm partners.
A September orientation session will be followed by an in-person session prior to HACU’s Annual Conference, November 1-3, 2025, in Aurora, Colorado. Participants attend the conference as part of the program requirements and complete four, two-hour online sessions in November, December, February, and March. The final in-person session takes place April 2026 in Washington, D.C., where participants also attend the National Capitol Forum on Hispanic Higher Education.
Information on the program, cost and application process are available on the program website. Applications and nominations can be made here. A limited number of scholarships are available.
