Call for Presentations deadline extended for HACU’s 39th Annual Conference in Aurora, Colorado

The Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities has extended the deadline of the Call for Presentations for its 39th Annual Conference, Nov. 1-3, 2025, at the Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center in Aurora, Colorado. Speaker proposals will be accepted through the extended deadline of March 14, 2025.

HACU’s Annual Conference provides a unique forum for the sharing of information and ideas for the best and most promising practices in the advancement of underserved student populations in higher education. Speaker proposals under the conference theme, Championing Hispanic Higher Education SuccessForging Transformational Leaders to Uplift Democracy and Prosperity," can be made in any of the following seven conference tracks:

  • Track 1: Capacity-Building for Hispanic-Serving Institutions (HSIs) and Emerging HSIs
  • Track 2: Teaching and Learning
  • Track 3: Student Engagement and Success
  • Track 4: Excellence in Leadership
  • Track 5: Federal and State Advocacy, Policy and Research
  • Track 6: Global Engagement
  • Track 7: Preparing the Future Workforce

Proposals should be built upon: Evidence-based best practices that can be replicated at institutions and organizations across the country. Partnerships among institutions, school districts, industry and government that leverage and capitalize on growth and opportunities. Research and analysis that will form the foundation for transformational change.

Presentation proposals must be submitted online through the extended deadline of March 14, 2025. Notifications of HACU workshop committee decisions will be made by April 1, 2025.
