The Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities is hosting a HACU-member webinar titled, “Leading with Latina Voices: Integrating Lived Experiences to Reframe Leadership,” on Oct. 16, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. CT.
The webinar will focus on how the experiences of Latina women can reshape leadership to serve the greater good by promoting inclusivity, belonging, and a shared commitment to collective progress. Based on research on Latina presidents and provosts in higher education, the session will highlight the transformative potential of Latina leadership in building organizational cultures that prioritize equity, empathy, and social responsibility.
The webinar will be presented by Yudi Lewis, executive director of Hispanic-Serving Institution Initiatives at Weber State University.
