HACU National Internship Program welcomes summer interns with hybrid orientation

The Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities National Internship Program welcomed its 2024 summer interns with an orientation on May 31, 2024, for college students serving internships.

A welcome was given by HACU President and CEO Antonio R. Flores, followed by a keynote address given by Maricela and Maritza Huerta, who serve as Co-Founders of The Twins PR, a DC-based public relations firm focused on changing the way Latinos and minorities are portrayed in the media.

The following agencies in the Washington, D.C., metro area and field offices throughout the country are among those providing these internship opportunities to students:
