HACU holds the Town Hall of its 37th Annual Conference

The Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities held the Town Hall, “Embracing Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging: Catalysts for a Flourishing Workforce,” on Oct. 30, 2023. The event was part of HACU’s 37th Annual Conference, “Championing Hispanic Higher Education Success: Diversifying our Workforce and Strengthening America,” held on Oct. 28-30, 2023, in Chicago.

The panel discussion was moderated by Guillermo Diaz, CEO of Conectado. The Town Hall featured the following speakers:

  • Olivia Jefferson, Vice President, Philanthropic Programs, United Health Foundation
  • Audrey Stewart, Head of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Programs and Reporting, Google
  • Maria Tamburri, Vice President of Intergovernmental Affairs, Dominion Energy

During the event, partner and sponsor remarks were given by representatives by Coca-Cola Company, E&J Gallo Winery and Voya Financial.
