Applications being accepted for the HACU Leader-in-Residence Program

Applications are now open for the HACU Leader-In-Residence program for the Fall 2023 / Spring 2024 semesters. During this program, students from HACU-member institutions across the U.S. and Puerto Rico receive leadership and career development training. Selected students are designated as a "HACU Leader-in-Residence" at their home institution. These Leaders receive a sponsorship to participate in the Student Track component of the HACU Annual Conference, known as the ¡Adelante! Leadership Institute (Includes conference registration, three conference lunches, and a Networking Dinner. Travel and lodging are also included for non-local students only.) Other benefits include:

  • Participation in Leadership Development webinars throughout the year
  • Certificate of Completion upon meeting all requirements of the leadership program
  • Complimentary HACU Student Affiliate Annual Membership
