HACU President and CEO to take part in virtual discussion with Solidaricracia

The Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities’ President and CEO Antonio R. Flores will speak at a virtual event titled “La Universidad como Agente Regresivo Social: Virtudes y Vicios,” as part of the Solidaricracia Talk to Create speaker series being held on Dec. 8, 2020 at 5:00 p.m. CST via Zoom.

The presentation, being held in Spanish, will be moderated by Francisco Santa María, founder of Solidaricracia. The topic of discussion will focus on the importance that higher education has on social advancement and solidarity.

The Solidaricracia Talk to Create speaker series aims to create dialogue that focuses on solidarity as an essential value to shape and redesign the current model of democracy emphasizing the well-being of society and the environment instead of personal interests.
