HACU, Molson Coors to award $120,000 in scholarships
The Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities is partnering with Molson Coors to award a total of 40 scholarships to eligible undergraduate students enrolled at HACU-member institutions in select cities. Extended online application deadline is July 31, 2020.
Thirty-two scholarships of $2,500 will be awarded to eligible college students in select cities, in the following states: California, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, New York, Texas, Wisconsin, and Puerto Rico. Eight scholarships of $5,000 will be awarded to eligible college students in Houston, Texas.
As part of the scholarships, recipients also receive a scholarship to attend HACU’s ¡Adelante! Leadership Institute, the student track offered in conjunction with HACU’s Annual Conference.
Below is the eligibility criteria for all scholarships and the number of scholarships to be awarded in each location:
- Full-time or Part-time undergraduate students
- Must be attending a two-year or four-year HACU-Member institution in a select city for the award.
- Open to all majors
- GPA: 2.5 or higher
- U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident, DACA
- Must be 21 years or older
