HACU invites you to take advantage of this exciting conference by participating in the Exhibit Hall where networking opportunities abound.  Showcase your services and products and don’t miss this opportunity to be part of this international conference. 

This unique conference will bring together hundreds of top higher education leaders, researchers, faculty, policy makers, as well as corporate, federal and community advocates from the United States, Latin America and Spain, in an environment aimed at maximizing networking opportunities among participants. 

Pricing for 2024 exhibitors is as follows: 

Exhibit fees include:

• A full conference registration for one (1) person (will have access to all conference events)
• One 6’ table with 2 chairs 
• Recognition of the organization as an exhibitor in the conference program

*In order for your exhibitor application to be approved, you must submit page 1 of the Exhibitor Requirements. By submitting the exhibitor application, you are agreeing that you have read the Vendor Terms Contract*

 The deadline to receive your application and to include the name of your organization in the program is April 8, 2024.

HACU will continue to receive exhibitor applications through May 20, 2024.  However, the names of institutions that submit their applications after May 20, 2024 will not be included in the conference program.
